We know every Homecoming order is a little different. Here are answers to the questions we hear most often so you can feel confident before getting started.

Please include your student’s school, Homecoming date, grade, colors, name, activities, jersey number, and any special design requests. You do not need to have every detail figured out—we can help bring your ideas together.

All custom Homecoming Mum and Garter orders must be placed at least 10 days before the actual Homecoming date.

Because every order is handcrafted, popular Homecoming weeks may reach capacity before the posted deadline. Ordering early gives us more time to personalize your design and helps ensure we have availability.

Absolutely! We create custom Homecoming Mums and Garters for any school and any color combination.

The schools listed on our deadline page are simply the schools we receive the most orders from. Send us your school name and Homecoming date, and we’ll help you determine the correct order deadline.

No. All Homecoming order deadlines are subject to change based on demand and available production capacity.

If we reach our order limit for a particular Homecoming date, ordering may close before the posted deadline. Reserving your order early is always recommended.

Rush orders may be available depending on our current production schedule.

Approved rush orders require an additional $50 rush fee. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm that your Homecoming date can still be accommodated.

Yes. Every Homecoming Mum and Garter is handcrafted specifically for the student.

We personalize designs using school colors, names, grades, sports, activities, jersey numbers, clubs, organizations, nicknames, senior details, and other meaningful elements. No two finished designs are ever exactly alike.

Please provide as much of the following information as possible:

  • Student’s name
  • School and school colors
  • Grade
  • Homecoming date
  • Mum or Garter
  • Sports and activities
  • Jersey number
  • Clubs or organizations
  • Nicknames or favorite sayings
  • Senior-year details
  • Pickup or shipping preference

You can also include special requests, inspiration photos, and details about the student’s personality or style.

Yes! You are welcome to send photos showing colors, styles, themes, ribbon details, or other ideas you like.

Inspiration photos help us understand your vision, but we do not make exact copies of another custom design. Your Mum or Garter will still be created as a one-of-a-kind piece.

Minor changes may be possible when requested early enough.

We cannot accept major changes within ten days of your Homecoming date. Major changes include switching the size, main colors, prints, product type, or other significant design elements.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request an update.

Homecoming drama happens—we understand. 😅

Because each order is custom, all sales remain final. However, depending on how early you contact us and how much work has already been completed, we may be able to switch a Mum to a Garter or a Garter to a Mum.

Changes are not guaranteed and may require an additional fee.

We require a minimum 10-day production turnaround for all custom orders.

Orders are scheduled according to the student’s Homecoming date rather than the date the order was received. This allows us to prioritize each design so it is completed in time for the event.

For a Friday Homecoming, orders are typically ready for pickup or local drop-off by Tuesday of Homecoming week.

For a Thursday Homecoming, orders are typically ready by Monday of Homecoming week.

We will notify you by email when your order is complete.

Yes! We ship custom Homecoming Mums and Garters throughout the United States.

Shipping allows us to create designs for any school, even when the customer is outside our local service area.

We currently use FedEx for shipped Homecoming Mum and Garter orders.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its delivery progress.

Shipped orders are typically sent on the Monday of Homecoming week.

Customers who require shipping should order earlier than the standard production deadline whenever possible. Delivery times can vary based on the destination and carrier conditions.

No. Shipping charges are calculated separately based on the package size and delivery destination.

Your shipping cost will be shown or confirmed as part of the ordering process.

Yes. Local pickup information will be provided when your order is completed.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that the order is ready before arriving for pickup.

Yes. When we complete at least 10 orders for the same school, we can arrange a local group pickup date and time at no additional charge.

Encourage friends, teammates, and other Homecoming families to order so your school can qualify for a coordinated pickup.

No. Because every Mum and Garter is personalized and made to order, all sales are final.

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom products. Please review all names, colors, dates, sizes, activities, and personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Custom orders cannot generally be canceled once production has started.

Contact us immediately if your plans change. Depending on the timing and the work already completed, we may be able to discuss limited options, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Please contact us as soon as possible and explain the concern.

We want every customer to receive the order that was approved. If an error was made on our end, we will review the issue and determine the best way to correct it before Homecoming whenever reasonably possible.

Promotional discounts may be offered throughout the Homecoming season.
